Ethos

We believe computer hardware should be an investment, not a commitment to planned obsolescence and calculated replacement cycles.

Technology should belong to it’s users, the people who spend their hard earned money on it. It should be repairable, adaptable, and capable of evolving with changing workflows instead of being left behind.

Outside of high-compute applications, like personal computers or games consoles, there is no need for our hardware to go obsolete, oftentimes, the computational functions of this hardware do not become more complex, just less efficient.

If you buy it, crack it open.

Play with it, change things, optimise, mess around.

We aim to provide you with the infrastructure to do so, and through community engagement, create an ecosystem of capable machines and open-source firmware that, with due care and maintenance, last as long as you do.

The keyboards are our entry way to greater hardware development and we hope to see you there.
